Admittedly, I have not had the grill for a long time but I can say a few things for those curious. All parts were sound in construction. All drill holes and threads were correct. Everything aligned. Metal thickness is good to very good. Construction requires a table. Two people and common sense. Don't jump steps. I did it by myself so it can be done. Putting the legs on were the most challenging steps as you have to be very careful to not strip any screws. A 90 degree phillips head (of decent size) would be nice to be included but you can get by without one. Put the main body on its barrel side on the table and slide in the finished leg assembly. It goes smoothly from there just make sure you are using the screws they want you to use. Sometimes they will change so double check.I like the grill a lot. Everything from the WIFI to the bluetooth worked. WIFI was a bit troublesome to get connected. Had to try multiple times but it eventually went. Then I updated the grill. I think I restarted the grill and turned the temp all the way down so it had nothing to do and then the update process started moving smoothly. Before that it was stalling on me. Probably a coincidence. Not a big deal. The app is called Louisiana grill... something like that. Not what is written in the manual. There is pellet channeling in the hopper where it will collect on the sides a bit and not down the hole. This is not a deal breaker. All I do is mix in some charcoal pellets which are smoother and slicker and this small issue is solved. It's not a big deal anyway. The "computer" interface is clear and easy. Its smarts are working correctly. It includes two temp probes and two places to plug them in and a place to store them. That feature rocks. Generous hopper size. You can empty the pellets to get a different flavor. Great drum size. Taller than many others inside. That is why I chose it. You can sear inside on flame... very cool. If you want heavy smoke you will probably need to add tubes inside. For your everyday use you will not bother. I just did a prime rib and it rocked. The sensors were all reliable. You can program recipes... actions for the smoker to go through. 9 of them. That is very elaborate. It is built by people who have experience designing them. It is in my opinion a well done device. In conclusion, (i had some time on my hands to kill) I kept my big side barrel but I have zero buyers remorse. I will use it rather than look at it.

I love my Louisiana grill. Works awesome. I use it at few times a week. Cooks food to perfection. Just the right size for my family. Easy on the pellets too. My son has a traeger grill and has nothing but problems. This grill has a much better feed system than his. All I can say is buy it. You’ll love it.
