The capacity of the 1500 Pro will be reduced to 70% of its starting level after at least 2000 cycles. That is a lot of cycles – if you charged and discharged the 1500 Pro twice a week, it would last approximately 5 years and still have 70% capacity.

  • Q: What is the life expectancy?

    It is rated for 2000 full charge cycles, at that point you will have about 70% of your original capacity, and it will gradually reduce from there.

  • Q: Is the battery cycle life 1000 or 2000 cycles?

    Please know the “1000 cycles to 80%+ capacity “is actually equivalent to “2000 cycles to 70%+ capacity”.
    There is a difference in battery performance after 1000 cycles （80%）and 2000 cycles（70%）

  • Q: Does the E1500 Pro is compatibe with my device?

    The Jackery power station E1500 Pro can run the device at 110V and requires less than 1800W. if it is no more than the output power of the Explorer’s AC port, it can be supported by Explorer.

    Then, you can calculate the charging time by the formula:

    Working time = 1512Wh* 0.85 / operating power of your device.

  • Q: Is there an MPPT controller?

    Yes, the E1500Pro has an iternal MPPT controller.

  • Q: Does it support pass-through charging?

    Yes, the E1500 Pro supports pass-through charging and it does a tiny damage to the battery.

  • Q: Is there a small load function and how to turn it on/off?

    How to turn on the low power consumption: press the AC switch button + DISPLAY at the same time, if it is not turn on, the system will automatically shut down after 12 hours of no-load or low power consumption.

    How to turn off the low power consumption: Press the AC switch key + DISPLAY for 1 second.

  • Q: Can I connect 6x 200W solar panel to recharge E1500PRO?

    Yes, 6 solar panels can be connected to charge the E1500RO, which needs to purchase 2 Solar Panel Connectors : https://ca.jackery.com/products/solar-panel-connector.
